plant foods. You can receive the required proteins from beans and peas, nuts, and soy
    products like- tofu.
  • Calcium
It is one of the important minerals for building up bones and teeth. Some vegetarians
consume dairy products, and they are excellent sources of calcium. Other sources of
consuming calcium for vegetarians are- calcium-fortified soymilk (soy beverage),
calcium-fortified breakfast cereals and orange juice, and some dark-green leafy
    vegetables.

You can make the simple lifestyle changes which can make your not so fancy dishes
delicious at the same time as well as healthy. Popular ones include- pasta primavera,
pasta with marinara, vegetable lasagna, bean burritos, and a lot more. Adding veggies to
it makes these dishes high in calorie content as well as healthy.
  • Enjoy a cookout session with your near & dear ones
Why not try out a barbecue session with your loved ones, try a veggie date for a change
where you can prepare soy burgers, soy hot dogs, marinated tofu, and fruit kebabs. It
will be a perfect way to unwind the weekday stress and at the same time will help you
    bond with your vege partners.
  • Try to include soaked beans and peas in your daily diet.
Soaked beans and peas have high nutrient value & they are a must-have for everyone be
it a vegetarian or a nonvegetarian.
  • Try a vegetarian restaurant
If you are one of those who are always on the GO and are constantly juggling between
workplace and home. Then tie-up with a vegetarian restaurant that can offer you
amazing food options to choose from to soothe your taste buds. Some vegetarian
restaurants can make modifications to their menu items by substituting non meat items,
such as beans and tofu for meat.
  • Different snack options
You can choose unsalted nuts as a snack and use them too much while on the go. You
    can add almonds, cheese, walnuts.
While you are adapting to the new lifestyle changes, just make sure to be regular with your new
eating pattern and be consistent with them.
